As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I specialize in guiding you to find balance through health and nutrition plans tailored to your unique needs. My approach integrates personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies to address specific health concerns, from gut and hormonal issues to cognitive wellness. The sessions
Initial Consultation
Your wellness journey starts with a deep dive into your habits, challenges, and goals. We’ll assess where you are and create a roadmap that sets you up for long-term success. You'll receive app-access to your recommendations including new recipes, resources, a habit stacking plan and tools to support your success.
Follow-Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions are scheduled to check in on your progress, make adjustments, and ensure you stay on track toward your wellness goals. App access is extended with your follow up session.
The packages
Please see bookings pages for all of my up-to-date packages. Committing to multiple sessions up front saves you money and keeps you accountable. Coaching packages give you more support between sessions so you're never left guessing!
